Amiable staff, good views of lake, everything is excellent. The rooms are reasonably large and freshly renovated with climate control, a work desk and TV. The service is excellent with private parking available and good meals. Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed our very comfortable stay here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for my needs, as it was very close to the event I was attending. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of choices. the hotel's proximity to the Charlotte Convention Center and everything uptown Charlotte made it convenient for business travelers like myself.

The facilities were very clean, and the bathroom was very spacious. The 24 hour reception was helpful. Although close to the station, there was no noise to disturb us. The hotel also has a charming faded grandeur with a lovely large garden. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the staff were friendly and provided a fan.
